TCU CRIMINAL JUSTICE SOCIETY
First CJS meeting of the 2007-2008 academic year: Monday, September 24 @ 5 p.m. Please attend and participate in the election of new officers!
The Criminal Justice Society (CJS) provides Criminal
Justice majors and minors (as well as anyone interested in CJ issues) with a network of
fellow students who share similar academic, social, and career interests.
The main objective of the CJS is to promote and develop student interest in criminal justice through speaker
series, tours, community service
projects, and effective networking for future employment. The CJS is first and foremost a social group
designed for TCU students to apply their knowledge, skills, and abilities in
a productive and enjoyable fashion while becoming more familiar with fellow
CJ majors/minors and faculty.
Officers
CJS officers are elected at the beginning of each fall semester and serve a one-year term.
The 2006-2007 officers were:

The 2006-2007 faculty advisors were: Dr. Jeannine Gailey Dr. Cécile Van de Voorde
New faculty advisors: Dr. Jeff Bumgarner & Dr. Jason Clark-Miller
